The facelifted Honda City is launcehd in India at price of Rs 8.50 lakh. ex-showroom Delhi.Over the outgoing version, the new Honda City will feature LED headlamps with DRLs (Daytime Running Lamps) and LED fog lamps as well as LED tail lamps. The sedan will be powered by the existing 1.5 litre i-VTEC petrol engine and 1.5 litre i-DTEC diesel engine. While the petrol engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and a CVT automatic transmission, the diesel engine will be paired to a 6-speed manual gearbox. The petrol engine generates 117 hp of power and 145 Nm of torque while the diesel produces 99 hp of power and 200 Nm of torque.

11: 47 am: Higher variants of the new Honda City will sport a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with navigation, MirrorLink, USB, Bluetooth and an in-built memory of 1.5 GB
11:44 am: The infotainment system on lower variants will feature a 8.9 cm LCD screen with connectivity options including Aux-In, AM/FM, MP3, Bluetooth, i-Pod, HDMI port and SD memory card slots.
