The carmaker has revealed the new edition, and the high spec on all the variants look stunning on this luxury model, taking it to a higher level.

The E-Class is the bestseller among Mercedes-Benz’s model series. Available in four body styles, the E-Class received significant upgrades for the 2021 model year. As Mercedes-Benz prepares for the next-generation of the model series in the next few years, it is bringing out a new special model that comes with particularly extensive, high-quality equipment and exclusive black design elements – the new E-Class Night Edition.

As per Mercedes, the Night Edition models build on the AMG Line and Night Package for the E-Class. It will be available for all body variants (coupe, convertible, sedan, and station wagon) as well as all engine units. However, the Night Edition isn’t available for any E-Class AMG model.

Interestingly, the exterior finish doesn’t have to be black; customers can have their all E-Class Night Edition special models wrapped in any available Mercedes-Benz paint finishes.

Just as the name suggests, the Night Edition E-Class special models will feature various exterior elements finished in black. These include the diamond grille with pins in black, black exhaust tailpipe trim elements, and AMG light-alloy wheels in high-gloss black (some with high-gloss rim flanges). All special models don the “Night Edition” badge on the wing, with sedan and station wagon versions of the E-Class featuring a boot lid trim finished in high-gloss black.

Inside, E-Class Night Edition models feature an AMG Line interior with black roof liner. Artico leather (a man-made substitute) with top stitching wraps the instrument panel. Cabin upholstery employs the same material in combination with Dinamica microfiber, although customers could opt for leather and Nappa leather upholstery.

The interior of E-Class Night Edition models features exclusive trim elements in dark aluminum/metallic finish, with the center console finished in open-pore black ash wood. A “Night Edition” badge sits on the center console, as crafted from polished aluminum with high-gloss black lettering. E-Class Night Edition models also comes with illuminated door sill panels with Mercedes-Benz lettering, as well as floor mats with “Night Edition” embroidery. Heated seats accommodate the driver and front passenger.

To own an E-Class Night Edition, the customer needs to add a surcharge of between $5,583 and $9,724, depending on the body variant and drive system. Customers can now place orders for the coupé and cabriolet versions, while those who wanted the E-Class sedan and station wagon variants have to wait until May, 17. The Night Edition models will arrive at European dealers from July 2022.
